This Privacy Policy describes how Renderit Now LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and discloses information about users ("you") of the renderit.now website, API, dashboard, and prerendering services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account information: When you register, we collect your full name, email address, and password (stored as a hashed value — we never store your plain-text password).
• Payment information: Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
• Contact form submissions: If you contact us via the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: We log each render request processed through the Service, including the URL rendered, whether it was a cache hit or miss, render time, and timestamp. This data is associated with your customer account.
• Login IP addresses: We record IP addresses used to log into your account for security monitoring purposes.
• API key activity: We log when your API key was last used to authenticate requests.
• Device and browser information: Standard web server logs may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs when you access our website.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

• Stripe: We receive subscription status, billing history, and payment event data from Stripe when you subscribe or update your billing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Process billing and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, billing confirmations, usage alerts)
• Monitor usage against your plan limits and calculate overage charges
• Detect and prevent fraudulent activity, abuse, and security incidents
• Respond to your support requests and inquiries
• Improve and develop the Service based on usage patterns
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Render usage logs are retained for a rolling 90-day period for billing reconciliation and usage analytics. Login IP records are retained for 90 days. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or preventing fraud.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We share data with Stripe (payment processing) and Resend (transactional email delivery). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Bcrypt hashing for all passwords — we never store plain-text passwords
• API keys stored as SHA-256 hashes — your actual key is shown only once at creation
• Session tokens with 30-day expiration and secure storage
• Server-side access controls and firewalls

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and Tracking

The Service uses minimal tracking. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We use:

• Authentication tokens: Stored in your browser's localStorage to maintain your logged-in session in the dashboard.
• Analytics: We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics 4) on our marketing pages to understand visitor behavior. This data is aggregated and not linked to individual identities.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: You may update your name and email address through the Account section of the dashboard.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at support@renderit.now.
• Data portability: You may request an export of your usage data and account information.
• Opt-out of non-transactional emails: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional emails (billing, security alerts) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

9. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. We will take steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

10. Wyoming Privacy Law

This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with applicable Wyoming privacy and data protection laws. Wyoming does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy statute analogous to the CCPA or GDPR, but we extend reasonable data rights to all users regardless of location as described in Section 7 above.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
